Meet Dr Lola-Adeyemo

Dr. Lola Adeyemo is a keynote speaker, author, and inclusive workplace strategist who helps organizations move from intention to impact.

Her work is grounded in one core belief: belonging is not a soft skill — it is a leadership practice. She partners with executives, HR and DEI leaders, and ERG oversight teams to design inclusive workplace ecosystems that strengthen culture, support people, and drive sustainable results.

A TEDx speaker, Dr. Lola blends research, lived experience, and practical frameworks to deliver keynotes that resonate long after the stage. She is the CEO of EQImindset, the founder of Immigrants in Corporate Inc., and the host of Thriving in Intersectionality, a leadership podcast exploring identity, belonging, and power in the world of work.
