About
Dr. Lola Adeyemo
Belonging is not a soft skill — it’s a leadership practice.
Dr. Lola-Adeyemo
Dr. Lola Adeyemo is a TEDx keynote speaker, author, and workplace inclusion strategist who helps organizations build cultures where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, identity, and community — grounded in her lived experience as an immigrant in corporate America, her doctoral research in strategic leadership, and her work with organizations across healthcare, technology, government, and higher education.
Whether she’s speaking to a room of executives, ERG leaders, or emerging professionals, Lola brings warmth, clarity, and insight to conversations that shape how people lead, collaborate, and belong.

Her Story
Dr. Lola’s journey began far from the corporate boardroom in America.
It began in a large family and in classrooms in Nigeria, followed by early experience in corporate Nigeria. As an international student—and later an immigrant—navigating new systems, cultures, and expectations, she learned firsthand what it means to work hard, stay invisible, and still feel unseen.
Those experiences shaped not only her voice — but her purpose.
Over time, she moved from scientist to strategist, earning a doctorate in strategic leadership and building a career helping organizations better understand how identity, communication, and culture shape performance. What started as a personal journey became a professional mission: helping people and organizations build workplaces where everyone can truly thrive.
